To be a successful project manager at Aptic you need to be energetic, professional and business oriented. The landscape where we are in is in constant change and it is of vital importance that you can master the balancing of requirements and expectations and also control and make demand. You need to be a good leader, have excellent communication skill and an ability to convince colleagues and clients.
We believe that you have experience of working in projects in banking and finance. Preferably you have been involved in introduction and implementation of standard systems or development of systems that are linked to financial transactions systems. It is also important that you have a good technical understanding as you need to be able to talk to clients and ask the right questions without having to involve the development team.
The job will require some traveling as Aptic is present in several markets and expanding across the Nordic region and Europe.
You are an efficient and organized project manager who enjoy leading a team toward a common goal and we believe you have experience from finance, banking or fintech. You will be an important link between the our clients and our development team and therefore you need to be tech-savvy and have a deep understanding of our solutions, the clients business and how technology can solve their challenges. As you will be in contact with our clients on a daily basis, via telephone, email and IRL meetings, we value previous client management experience and we assume you are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
