Operations
Operations is our largest department, with around 30 coworkers, serving as the interface between Aptic's customers and Aptic. The goal is to ensure that customers are more than satisfied with Aptic’s solutions and services. This is achieved through a team consisting of various roles, such as Application Consultants, Solution Architects, Service Delivery Managers, Business Consultants, and Project Managers. To run as a well-oiled machine, operations work closely with other teams within Aptic, such as the Software Development Department, Product Department, and IT Department.
