And now we’re looking for a Tech Lead who can help us evolve our platform with structure, collaboration, and technical insight.
What You’ll Do
As a Tech Lead, you will work on real code as well as guide development work across a complex, businesscritical system. Your role is both technical and collaborative, ensuring that teams move in the right direction together.
You will:
Contribute Technically
Deliver selected User Stories from the team backlog
Design and refine solutions for critical platform features.
Review code, guide implementation choices, and ensure engineering best practices.
Support regression safety through testing strategies and development standards.
Shape the System
Work with our CTO and developers to evolve and modernize a large, complex codebase.
Participate in system-level design and technical decision making.making.
Align people, priorities, and technical direction to help teams deliver efficiently.
Identify and drive improvements in stability, maintainability, and performance.
What You’ll Bring
Core Strengths
Understanding of administrative/financial systems and how such platforms behave in real-world customer contexts.
Experience navigating and improving large, legacy codebases—you know how to balance risk, stability, and modernization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you enjoy coordinating work, bringing people along, and helping teams deliver together.
Technical Background
Solid software engineering fundamentals and architectural thinking.
Experience with backend development in complex, data-heavy systems.
Database knowledge—data modeling, schema evolution, performance considerations (MS SQL Server is a plus).
API knowledge (REST/RPC).
C++/C# experience is a bonus.
Domain expertise in financial or administrative systems is highly valued.
Other Requirements
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
EU work permit.
